coaches will need to e-mail their weights in no later than Wednesday Dec. 5th 10 p.m.
I will do my best to do round robin style brackets to ensure the greatest number of matches.
Please send in your weights for ALL of your wrestlers, that way I can have a draw set up by Friday evening.. this way I have a better chance of letting you and your athletes know how many matches they can anticipate and who they're against.
Tournament fees: This year by the school I have to give a receipt to each person who pays their tournament fees. I would GREATLY appreciate it if your school or club could write one cheque for all the athletes you have registered for the tournament. (It's a lot easier to write out 15 reciepts and 300!)
I want the tournament up and running at 9:00 a.m. sharp! We will start with elementary wrestlers and go from there. (Previously I thought I would do weigh in's the day of, but I think if all the coaches send in their weights I can have everything ready and done friday night so Saturday should run with out issue)
Again please have the weights in to me by Wednesday....IN KILOGRAMS (if you send them in pounds your submission will NOT be accepted)
